Our guest went fishing today and caught two beautiful trout for their dinner. After gutting and cleaning the fish, I marinated them in white wine and lemon sauce, with a bit of olive oil and fresh rosemary from the garden. Kevin barbequed the fish and we served it with potatoes and carrots. I also made an organic salad with tomato, peppers and avocados. For dessert, I decided to offer a lemon cranberry cake. When we went back to pick up the tray and dirty dishes, there were no left-overs. I guess that's a good sign.
